Option 2 would keep commuters from using the street for day parking, however, it would also
restrict patrons of the Kinsmen Hall from parking on the south side of Coquitlam during their

functions.(See map)

Option 1 would be a better choice because it updates an existing bylaw while both restricting
commuter parking and providing evening parking for Kinsmen Hall functions. 7
