The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the purchase
of the undernoted properties:

Plan 74266, New Westminster District, having dimensions of
approximately 19.35m (63.48 ft.) by 38.5m (126.37 ft.) and having a
building located theron. This lot is being sold subject to an
existing tenancy.

Lot 2 of a plan of subdivision of Lot 12, District Lot 384, Group 1,
Plan 74266, New Westminster District, having dimensions of
approximately 12m (39.37 ft.) by 38.5m (126.37 ft.) °

Lot 3 of a plan of subdivision of Lot 12, District Lot 384, Group 1,
Plan 74266, New Westminster District, having dimensions of
approximately 12m (39.37 ft.) by 38.5m (126.37 ft.)

This property is located at 1592 Knappen Street, is commonly known as the
"Kilmer House” property, and is zoned RS=-2 (Small Lot Residential).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside
“Tender for 1592 Knappen Street Property" and addressed to: .

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, —  , 199 .° Any
tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders

Terms of Sale

le aw A certific. cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany each
tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by. the
Council for a period of 30 days.

The balance of the of fered price must be paid by the successful
tenderer within 30 days of the date the tender is accepted by the
Council or the deposit will be forfeited. This time limit may be
extended by mutual consent.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above. Unless
a tender specifies that in the event the tender is unsuccessful the
cheque is to be held for peprtwad pAgsup from the City Hall ordinary
mail will be used for returh. oe
