RECOMMENDATION:

THAT Lots 1, 2, and 3, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 2140, New
Westminster District, being 2288 Wilson Avenue and 2474 Shaughnessy Street, be

purchased by the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam at or for the sum
of $385,000.00;

THAT the adjustment date be May lst, 1990;
THAT the possession date be May lst, 1990;

THAT closing costs and various adjustments be made in the normal manner
as between vendor and purchaser;

SUBJECT to existing tenancies, if any;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk/and or the
City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents, Plans, Cheques,

or other instruments as are necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
