That Section 905 “Highway Commercial (CS-1)", Sub Section (1) "Uses Permitted" of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw 2240, the amended by deleting clauses (k) and (1). That Section 906 "Service Station (CS-2)", (1) "Uses Permitted” of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw 2240 be amended by renumbering the existing clause (c) as (d), and inserting a new clause (c) to read as follows: “retail sales of groceries, and confection occupancy maximum 60 square meter (645 square feet) accessory to a service station use”.
