A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

ds hereby rezoned from RS<1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT1 (two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" ig hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Block 20

Southwest Quarter Section 7
Township 40

Plan 2797

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RT1 (Iwo Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240” i8 hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2413"
