Plan 64413, SPNW 1839 from C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment Residential). | The property is located at the Northwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Mary Hill Road and the rezoning would permit the development of a Senior Citizen Apartment Building on the property specified. The following letters were received regarding the proposed rezoning. Mrs. E. Webber, #310~2245 Wilson Avenue a letter and petition from residents of 2245 Wilson Street stating their objection to a complex higher than their own that would block out the natural suntight and pointed out the existing problems with parking and traffic in the area. Mr. B. Hendriks, Property Manager for 2245 Wilson Avenue stating that numerous owners within the comp!ex object to the rezoning bylaw because of the proposed height limitations and density requirements.
