Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Gaquitiam, British Columbia which:
are more particularly described as:

District Lot 464

Plan 2039

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residentiai) to RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2211".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 6th day of October, 1986.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! this 6th day of October, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 27th day of October, 1986.

1963 and 1975 Coquitiam Avenue.
