PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 2227

intent of the Proposed Bylaw to rezone:

Lot 5, Plan 68514; Lot 469, Plan 36901; Lot A (Except Parcel 1, Reference
Pian 9769) of Block 20, Plan 3703; and adjacent closed road; all in District Lot 232,
Group One, New Westminster District, from RS-2 (Single Family Residential to RS=1A
(Single Family Residential!) and RS-1 (Single Family Residential) as shown on the
accombanying map. °

Location of Property Affected:

southside of the 2100 Block Nova Scotia Avenue (West of Pitt River Road)
- see accompanying map.

Purpose of the Bylaw:

To permit the subdivision of the property to create 13 additional Sinale Family
Residential Lots.

Further Information:

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Oftice of the Citv Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the Purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the
proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
