That Council pass a resolution authorizing the Treasurer to apply for
25% Provincia! cost sharing on the following projects:

Watermain on Wilson, Reeve and Ket ly COST $113,000.00
Sanitary Sewer on Harbour COST $ 64,000.00

Rezoning Application No. 29/86 - 3171 Rae Street.

That Council direct the Clerkts Office to prepare the necessary
Community Plan Bylaw amendment and a bylaw rezoning Lot B, Block’ 10 of
the S.E. Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, NWLD Plan 5345, except the
east 297 feet thereof from A~1 to RS=-1A and RT-1; :

AND THAT the bylaws be held at third reading pending a resolution of
the method by which development cost charges are to be applied.
