location at the Senior Citizen's housing facility known as "Dogwood |
Manor" located ‘at 3155 Seymour Street, from'8:00 a.m. until 12:00: noon -
and at some convenient location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne
Avenue, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., on November 15th, 1986. "

5. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advanced pol! will .
be held at the place and during the time specified by the "Advanced’'Pol f*
Bylaw, 1969, No. 956"; namely, at the Port Coquitlam Branch of the Fraser
Valley Regional: Library, 2470 Mary Hi!! Road, from 12:00 noon’-to'8:00
p.m. on Wednesday, November 5th, 1986; and from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00
p.m. on Saturday, November 8th, 1986; and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 ‘pi on”
Monday, November 10th, 1986 and Wednesday to Friday, inclusive,’ November

6. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer
