Whereas the lands hereltnafter aeseribed are not required for
munitclpal purposes nor are They reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be It resolved that:

1. Parcel "At (Byiaw Plan 6775) District Lot 479, Group One,
Pian 2145, New Westminster District, beflng a portion of
the former Laurier Avenue road allowance just west of
Coast Mertaltan Road be sold to Gerlbaid! Management Ltd.,
1234 Pitt River Road, Port Coqulttam, 8.C. If terms
satistactory to the Counci! can be agreed upen and no
preferable alternative proposal Is recefved from any other
person;
