That the Port Coquitlam Council go on record and notify the
Greater Vancouver Regional District that we are not in support of
putting a landfill site in the Pitt Polder.

Carried.

Alderman Mabbett voted against.the resolution.

Prior to passage of the above resolution Alderman Mabbett
informed the Committee that the G.V.R.D. are holding a solid waste
seminar on May lst and proposed the following resolution:
