We know that Council has always professed to be in favour of cleaning up this
River; in fact, at every election Council members express great concern about
the deplorable state of the Coquitlam, Therefore, Gentlemen, we would like for
you to consider the following requests;~

(a) That Council inform itselr of the latest River condition, perhaps
through personal viewing of the trouble Spots, or by requesting a report fron
the Water Investigations Branch of the Frovincial Government,

from these mines, Council demand of the Provincial Government the establishment
