RE: BUILDING PERMIT FOR DUPLEX STRATA TITLE APPLICATION

We have an application for a new duplex strata title at 1855 Hutchinson Place,
Lot 148, Plan 48989, the lot in question is vacant and meets al] requirements
for a two family residential use as set down in the present Zoning By-law. A —
