Re: Property Located at 2571 Pitt River Road

On April 7th, 1975 the undersigned sent a double registered
letter to the owner, Mr. Rudolf Shileumah, indicating the house on the
property should be demolished and was given until April 25th, 1975 to
do same, however, nothing has been done to date.

The house is deteriorated and was at one time converted into
a "cow shed" and the exterior and interior condition is very poor in the
Inspector's opinion. The necessary action should be taken to have the
house demolished.
