Comm re ice rental rates & public (a) that the rates for ice rental for the minor organizations be raised ees skat .admission to $14.00 per hour for the original $12.00 rate, and that the $13.00 rate be increased to $15.00 per hour; further, that the regular rate be increased to $29.00 from $25.00, (b) that Council consider the other recommended increases for room rentals and public skating admission rates. (c) that as lacrosse rates have not as yet been discussed with the different associations, the Committee would like an opportunity to meet with the groups before making any recommendation for rates and submitting supportive information in connection with the foregoing. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Ranger inquired as to the cost of operating the ice arena per hour, and the City Engineer advised that the cost per hour is estimated at $35.97. Alderman Laking commented that he would not like the rates increased to the point where people cannot afford to use the facilities,
