Do, The Fraser River Raft Race Association
is once again making plans for its annual raft race down
the Fraser River, an event which was such a success‘in its
_first year, 1974. The Mayor and Council of the District
‘of Maple Ridge will once again be entering the raft race and
hereby challenge the Mayor and Council of the City of Port’
Coquitlam to a raft race down the Fraser River from Mission
to Haney, on Sunday, May 18th, 1975.

Should you feel that you have any chance
at all in beating the rowdy rafters from Maple Ridge Municipal
‘Council, we enclose for your information a set of official
rules, regulations and informtion pertaining to the race,
“which should be forwarded directly to the Association.
