THE LAW REFORM COMMISSION OF BRITISH COLUMBIA is, at the request of the Attorney-General, reviewing the law of LANDLORD AND TENAN'T (Residential Tenancies) Members of the public, groups, organizations, and municipal bedies are invited to express their views in writing to the Commission xYegarding: 1. What courts or bodies shoule have jurisdiction over disputes between landlord and tenant, and what their procedures should be, The availability of other facilities to assist in resolving such aisputes and distributing information. How far a landlord should be required to justify an eviction or the termin- ation of a tenancy. How fax the collective bargaining process is appropriate to landlord and tenant matters. 5. Security and damage deposits. 6.
