The criterea considered in judging these proposals are as
follows:
, 1.Funcvionality of the Building:
there ara only three so consicar, thus rar. All three
are good plans but in our osinion the two-bed rooms have more
possibility or divarsification iy the level or care ever
wancsed to ba changad. Also, the two-bed ward provides
more privacy. ‘Ina Gowar, Young plans somawhat overcomes
tais aspect but nos entirsly.
