NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UJ

ZONING BY-LAW JUL 42 1976

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitl:a
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Tuesday, August
3rd, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend
the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No.’ 1453: to rezone Lot 44, Blocks 7 & 8, District Lot

464, Group 1, Plan 24056, from RS-1 (One~Family Residential)

to P-2 (Special Institutional). _

This property is occupied by Our Lady of Assumption Catholic

Church at 314] Chester Street and the rezoning proposed will

place the church in its correct zone and also permit the

operation of pre-school facility on the premises.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~- on working days - from July
22nd, 1976 to August 3rd, 1976.

ALL persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
