Mary Fox Selected for Prestigious International Event Mary Fox, from Ladysmith, was selected for the 2002 Sidney Myer Fund Interna- tional Ceramics Award Exhibition which opened the week of March 4 in Australia. She submitted her work entitled Chalice, an carthenware piece, wheel-thrown in two parts with a lithium compound finish and oxidation-fired. The exhibit, in asso- ciation with La Trobe University in Aus- tralia, is the largest international ceramics exhabit in the southern hemisphere.
