Rauh City Clerk SUBJECT: Sale of City Property - 2506 Pitt River Road RESOLUTION: Whereas the land hereinafter described is not required for municipal purposes, nor is it reserved or dedicated, now therefore be it resolved that: Remainder 8, District Lot 174 and 289, Group 1, New Westminster District, shown on registered Plan 9069 , included within the heavy outline of a reference plan certified by Robert M. Resse, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated the 29th day of April, 1994, a copy of which is attached hereto, will be sold to Group of Bight Developments Corporation, 56088 First Avenue, Market Place, Vancouver, B.C, V5M 489 for the sum of $78,911.50. And that The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose of the aforesaid. Council will recall from the memorandum of October 17, 1994 that the City purchased 2506 Pitt River Road in April of this year as a 387 meter square portion was required to reconstruct the intersection of Pitt River Road and Reeve Street. The property was purchased at $11.62 per su.ft., a portion of road was dedicated and the owner of the adjacent properties lias offered to purchase the remaining property for $12.50 per sq.ft.
