Section 13 of the Bylaw is repealed and the following substituted: "13, Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam requesting the amendment of a Zoning Bylaw of the City or an existing Land Use Contract shall be accompanied by: (a) Anon-refundable fee calculated at the following rates: Single-Family and Duplex Z $150.00 per additional lot or dwelling unit proposed to be created at the time of application, provided that the minimum fee shall be $300.00; Townhouse and Apartment Zones $150.00 per dwelling unit proposed to be created at the time of application, provided that the minimum fee shall be $1,500.00, C ‘al Z $250.00 per 100 m2 for the first 1,000 m2 of site area, and $100.00 per 100 m2 or a portion thereof for the remaining site area, provided that the minimum fee shall be $2,500.00; $125.00 per 100 m2 for the first 1,000 m2 of site area, and $ 50.00 per 100 m2 or a portion thereof for the remaining site area, provided that the minimurn fee shall be $1,250.00; For combinations of uses noted in Subsections (i) to (iv) above and Comprehensive Development Zones, the fees that apply shall be the sum of the non-refundable fee for the different uses proposed. For the ose of calculating the fees applicable to uses under subsection (iii) and (iv), the area of land shall be deemed to be the minimum requixed to accommodate the proposed use as its highest permitted density or site coverage; Provided that the minimum fee will be the higher minimum fee of the different uses proposed. A Public Hearing advertising fee of $1,200.00, which shall be refundable upon — request if City Council declines to advance the application to Public Hearing. Should an application requixe more than one Public Hearing, or in the case of a Public Hearing extending for more than one session and requiring new advertisting, payment of $1,200.00 shall be required for each additional session or Public Hearing scheduled." 2911 2 {TEM
