That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Smail Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to; a) Completion of the subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b) Satisfaction of the Engineering Department requirements; c) Satisfaction of the Building Department requirements at the time of building permit; d) The project being subject to the 1993 rate for Develcpment Cost Charges and; e) Registration of a Restrictive Covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites. 2. That Council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to prepare Development Variance Permit 29/93, as amended, under Section 974 of the Municipal Act; and 3. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed.
