Background Information Parks and Recreation staff have been actively working with Vic Davies Architects over the last several months to develop a concept plan for the renovation and expansion of Hyde.Creek. This plan addresses many of the issues identified in our 1991 Master Plan. We have also actively involved a group of community members (including two youths) in the development of this concept plan. The resulting concept plan is very exciting and has been received well by all those involved in the project. We are now ready to move into refining the concept and developing design drawings, and require City Council's approval to do so. As a matter of interest, this phase of the project will also include a public information process. i . { Ne ยข po LVN a ean ys\Ah peaay, Larry Wheeler Acting Patks & Recreation Director isd
