I am writing to advise that Council of the City of Port Coquitlam will give consideration to &
recommendation directing the City Clerk to file a notice in the Land Title Office against the
property title of 1215 Fletcher Way, under Section 750.1 of the Municipal Act (copy attached).

Council intends to consider this matter at its meeting on Monday, February 22nd, 1993. The
meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, third floor, City Hall, 2580
Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, and will be open to the public. —

At the meeting, Council will receive the attached report from the Director of Building Permits
and Inspections, and you wili be allowed to respond to all points raised.
