SUBJECT: Sale of City Property - 2300 Block Lobb Avenue

Resolution:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they
reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

l. Lot 2, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan LMP 7676, New Westminster District, Port
Coquitlam, BC be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received;

Tne City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real
Property for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this
Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject ail of the bids if Council in its
absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate.
