A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council
Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street. Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday,

September 12, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay, and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart,
and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator T.M. Chong, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer
LR. Zahynacz,. Director of Community Planning C.F. Felip, Deputy Director of Parks &
Recreation L.J. Wheeler, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardlow.

His Worship Mayor L.M Traboulay advised that the following proposed Bylaws would now be
