DISCUSSION:

Approval of this application will strata-title an existing duplex so that _
the current joint owners of the property may convert their joint ownership
into separate ownership of each half of the duplex. The joint owners are ia
agreement with the proposed strata title application and they have indicated
that there are no tenants on either side of the building. It is therefore

recommended that this application be approved, subject to the conditions noted |
above. ;
