From the Director of Planning, February 16th, 1994 regarding Rezoning Application No.
71/93 and Development Permit Application No. 72/93 for 2342 and 2346 Marpole Avenue.

Moved by Councillor Talbot:

That this report informing Council of the Public Information Meeting held on February 9th,
1994 regarding Rezoning Application No. 71/93 for 2342 and 2346 Marpole Avenue be
received;

That the Municipal Clerk be instructed to proceed with the preparation of the authorizing
Bylaw for Rezoning Application No. 71/93 and bring it to Council for consideration;

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit 72/93; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when completed subject to
completion of Rezoning Application No. 71/93.

From the Director of Parks and Recreation, February 17th, 1994 regarding the Purchase of a
Dehumidifier.

‘To purchase and install a dehumidifier in the old arena at an estimated cost of $13,260.00

That the monies for this purchase be taken from the maintenance reserve account.

That the Parks and Recreation Department proceed to hold a public information meeting on
the plans for Parksite No. 5 on Wednesday, March 16, 1994 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., (location to
be announced).
