A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2850".

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lot 2 Except: Parcel A (Ex.P1.13357) Parcel A (Explanatory Plan 13357) Lot 2

New Westminster District New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the
Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning. ;

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of October, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of October, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 15th day of November, 1993.

To permit the development of a six lot Single Family Dweliing Subdivision.
