A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l.

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columkia
which 1s more particularly described aa:

Group One

New Westminater District

is hereby rezoned from A~1 (Agricultural) to RM<3 (Town House Aparcwent )
and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240,”
is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2675”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this llth day of May, 1992.

Read a second time by ‘the Municipal Council this llth day of May, 1992.

Public Hearing held this lst day of June, 1992.
