RECOMMENDATION s

That the Clerk's Office be authorized to endorse this strata-title
application subject to:

a) Submission of a landscaping plan to the approval of the Parks and
Recreation Department, and a corresponding performance bond.

b) The applicants to arrange for a building inspection report, at their
cost, by the City's Building Department.

PROJECE DESCRIPTION:

‘The applicant wishes to Strata-Title the industrial warehouse units in —
order to permit individual ownership of the units. A landscape plan will be
required to provide improvement of the appearance of the site. |
