Moved by Councillor Thompson: Seconded by Councillor Keryluk: That Council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to prepare Development Variance Permit No. 48/92 for 1202 Cedar Drive, subject to registration of a restrictive covenant to prevent issuance of Building Permits until on-site and off-site services and road access are provided, in full conformity with Municipal standards. Carried, From the Director of Planning, September 9th, 1992 regarding 2358, 2366, and 2370 Wilson Avenue Rezoning Application No. 59/92 and Development Permit Application No. 60/92. Moved by Councillor Thompson: seconded by Councillor Keryluk: That Rezoning Application No. 59/92 for 2358, 2366, and 2370 Wilson Avenue be approved to proceed from RM-2 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a.. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and f. Issuance of a Development Permit. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 60/92; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above.
