June 15, 1992/169 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was heid prior to the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, June 15th, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor LM. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Treasurer/Deputy City Administrator J.G.5. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardlow. PUBLIC HEARING: Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2567 To rezone: Lot W 1/2 of 10. Lot 9 Lot $ 128' of 8 Block 2 . Block 2 Block 2 DL 379, Plan 1213 DL 379, Plan 1213 DL 379, Plan 1213 from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment Residential). The property is located at 2333, 2337, and 2343 Whyte Avenue and would permit the construction of a 35 unit Apartment Building (1ncreased from the 21 units specified at the First Public Hearing held on February 25th, 1991). Mr. Gerry Blonski, Architect, indicated he was available to answer any questions regarding the development. ar Bylaw No. 2679 To ‘rezone: Lets 183 & 184 District Lot 232 Group One Plan 27748 . New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS~-2 (Small Lot Residential). The property is located at 1845 and 1853 Harbour Street and would permit the two properties to be resubdivided into four single family residential lots. - No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment.
