Jt % Sala aw (they Revised: February 4, 1991 INFORMATION TO DEVELOPERS DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES The City of Port Coquitlam, by Bylaw has established development cost charges to assist the City in paying the capital cost of providing, altering, of expanding specified off-site services which provide benefits, either directly or indirectly, to the development. These charges are supplementary to the developers's direct costs in servicing his development. These development cost charges are payable in cash prior to approval of subdivision or building permit depending on the type of development. For the assistance of developers these charges are summarized below.
