And that at a subsequent meeting City Council endorse issuing a development variance permit for Lot 1 and Lot 3 exempting the property from the provisions of Section 13 (b) of Bylaw 2242. COMMENTS: This development variance application is being submitted to City Council to authorize the proposed development to exceed the maximum grade provisions for roads contained in the Subdivision Bylaw. In addition, the application will substitute requirements of the National Building Code for the ‘ . Subdivision Bylaw.
