Unless otherwise provided in this pro-
posal, the following governing terms
apply,

© Assignments may be terminated by
the cllent at any tirne with responsibi-
lity only for accumulated fees and
expenses.

® Fees and expenses are billed monthly
on © progress basis and are due ©
when rendered.

e@ Accounts unpaid after 30 cays are
delinquent and subject to interest
charges at the rate of 12% per month.

© Cost estimates include up to eight
copies of our resort in the longuage
of this proposal.

@ Quotations are valid for three months
from date of issue.

© This proposal and attachments are
confidential and fully copyright.
Reproduction or use for other than
the Purposes intended is prohibited
without prior approval.

e Where not specifically covered herein,
generally accepted professional
practices will cpply.
