As outlined in G.D. Hamilton Riverwood Control Plan Report

trunk main to be constructed to Dominion Avenue and Ottawa
Right of Way for this trunk main will be required prior to
subdivision.

Dominion Pump Station to be upgraded as required.

Water
Main sizing to be determined, looping of system may not be necessary
at this stage of development. Consultant to confirm adequate water

pressure at end of system.

Tie-in for watermain at this time will be at Robertson and Coast
Meridian.

Roads

Location and type of roads to be constructed in accordance with
G.D.: Hamilton report.

Provision to be made for bicycle path or corridors.

Signal lights to be installed at Coast Meridian and Robertson
intersection.

All works to be constructed in accordance to the present Subdivision
Servicing Bylaw and to follow the control plan as established for the
area.

Development cost charges for she Riverwood Subdivision have yet to be
finalized. Until such time as the Provincial Government approves the
rates for this area, a trust fund could be set.up to hold funds that

will be collected.

Developer and latecomer agreements to be in place prior to final
subdivision approval.
