one 30 cm x 50 cm (12".x 20") tablet which provides for
such multiple memorialization may be used instead of two
separate tablets provided it is set to embrace evenly the
two graves concerned." |
8. Section 36 of the Bylaw is repealed and the following substituted:
"36. The Corporation shall not be liable for the loss or
theft or the breakage or damage of any marker, tablet
or base except that which shall arise out of the
carelessness and negligence of the Caretaker of his
assistant."
9. . Section 52. of the "City of Port Coquitlam Cemetery Bylaw, 1972, No. 1192"
is amended by striking out the words "Cemeteries Act” and substituting the words

"Cemetery Act".

10. Schedule "C" of the Bylaw is repealed and the Schedule "C" attached to

and made part of this Bylaw is substituted therefor.

ll. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Cemetery Bylaw, 1972, No. 1192, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1912."
