A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,

No. 1651". . MAY 10 982

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitian
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:
That portion of the common property of Strata Plan NW 1765 of

the NEX of Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District

included within the bounds of Lot 789, shown on a subdivision

plan prepared by Vernon C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., and dated the
Twenty~second day of February, 1982;
is hereby rezoned from RT-1 to RS-~1l and the Zoning Map of “the Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning. | |

2. A copy of the subdivision plan of Vernon C. Goudal, B.C.L.S.
referred to in Section 1 is attached to this bylaw and made a part ‘hereof.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No.

1890".

This property is located at 831 Prairie Avenue and consists of .
strip of RT-l property being combined with a lot presently zoned

RS-1 and the rezoning is being undertaken in order that a single

zoning classification will apply to that lot and a future subdivision

of the property into several single family parcels will be facilitated.
