That as requested by the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps, May 26th,
1981 the unit be given permission to use the driveway and parking areas
around the Dalkey Building as outlined on the diagram and that
traffic barricades be placed-around the area in the morning of June
4th, 1981 to allow the setting up of displays;

AND THAT permission be granted to permit six Cadets to be on the
roof of the Dalkey Building provided the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps
accepts full responsibility for the safety thereof.
