WHER

the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or. before
the fifteenth day of May dn each year the Council shall cause to be
prepaced and adopt by. by-law a capital expenditure programme for a period
of not less than five years, showing estimates of the proposed source and
application of funds for capital purposes for each year of the progeamme; |
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts.as follows: .
1. Schedule "A" to this By-law shall be the capital expenditure

programme of The Corporation of the City. of Port Coquitlam for the years

five years from'1991.to 1995. -- “+ : : : ‘
2. The general: expenditure programme contained in Schedule "A" shall
remain in force and effect: until 2 new capital expenditure programme is

adopted in the year 1982.

3... This By-law may be cited for .11 purpeses as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Capital Expenditure. Programme By-law, 1981, No. 1838".
