The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, May 25th, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1841: to rezone Lot 77, North West. Quarter of
Section 6, Township 40, Plan 33655, New Westminster District,

from CS-1 to C2.

This property is located at 3310 Coast Meridian Road and it is

expected that a two-storey commercial/office building containing

9,200 sq. ft..of rental space will be constructed on the property

following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy cf the proposed by-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days ~- from May 14th,
“to May 25th, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
