A By-law. to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law,

1964". .
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1 “That By-law No. 752 of The Corporation of the ‘City’ of Port Coquitlam
cited as the "Gity of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964" as amended

by By-law Numbers 877, 1063, 1160, 1167, 1301, 1360, 1483, 1634 and 1709

is further amended by deleting Schedule "A" as attached to and forming

part of By-law No. 752 and substituting therefor Schedule "A" attached

‘to and forming part of this By-law.

“2, This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding

all persons on and ‘from the First day of January, 1981.

3. This By~law may be cited for all purpéses as the “City of Port

Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964, Amendment. By-law, 1980, No. 1785".
