Carr Geag By-law No. TIO. to rezone Parcels "L" and "M™ (By~law Plan 49252), District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2294, New Westminster District, from RS~1 to RT~1. These two properties have the civic addresses of 1792 Coquitlam Avenue and 1791 Suffolk Avenue and the rezoning contemplated will permit the construction of a duplex on each parcel. These properties are presently owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and it is anticipated that after the rezoning is completed the properties will be offered for sale.
