BY-LAW NO. 1723
A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, LAy 5 1939
No. 1651",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open mecting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
No. 1651" {3s amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned
to Lot 1 of District Lor 380, Group One, Plan 6234, except that portion
lying Southwest of the Lougheed Highway, Plan 10030, New Westminster
District and assigning the Zone Designation of CD (Comprehensive Development)

to the said property,

‘2. The Comprehensive Development Plan entitled “Poca Place" prepared

by John J. McCormack, Architect, and comprising a Site Plan and other
details and dated March 10th, 1980, and on file in the Office of the
City Planner, {4s deemed to be attached to and to form part of this By-
law, ,
3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitian Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By~law, 1979, No.
1723".
