A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 15th, 1991, at
7:30 pom.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon,
J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were the City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City

Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, City
Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, and Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

Thet the minutes of the regular Council meeting held on April 8th,
be tak 1as read and adopted.

BYLAWS =

Moved by Alderman Gates:
Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971,No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw,
No. 2579" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

Carried.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution Alderman
Keryluk indicated his opposition to Section 2 of Bylaw 2579.

That the “Annual Budget Bylaw, 1990, No. 2499, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No.
2584" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted,

That the "Rental Agreement (2384 Mary Hill Road) Authorization
1991, No. 2585" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
