Carried. NEW BUSINESS: Alderman Mabbett advised the number of dog licenses issued this year seems to be lower than usual and suggested that this be investigated. Alderman Traboulay recommended that an additional S.P.C.A. patrol truck and driver be hired for the summer to eliminate the increasing number of dogs running at large. Carried. Alderman Thompson voted against the resolution. -- Alderman Mabbett advised that the Allard property on Westwood Street is still very unsightly and should be cleaned up. Alderman Thompson recommended that the City apply to the Liquor Distribution Branch to have the Northside Liquor Store open five days a week until 9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
