WHEREAS pursuant to: Subsection (lb) of Section 513 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a portion or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All that portion of road dedicated by Plan 2207 situated in District Lot 290, Group One, New Westminster District, which may be more particularly described as follews: All that portion of road dedicated by Registered Plan 2267 situated in District Lot 290, Group One, New Westminster District included within the red outline on a By-law Plan sworn by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and dated June 24th, 1977, a copy of which said plan is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Plan 2207 Road Closure By-law, 1977, No. 1548", Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-seventh day of June, 1977.
